It looks as if Howard will finally get his center eligibility this season since he is set to start at center and Battie at PF so his value just sky rocketed... ;D
I will now most likely have the best center trio in the league with Howard, Okur, and Kaman but I guess I could also be argued to have the best 4 at that position with Kurt Thomas also in the mix and Amare not being at 100% yet would mean extended playing time for Thomas...
Oh and Yao Ming might miss some time this season do to a bad toe much like the injury that plagued Shaq for many a past years...

i really dont think you should talk about kurt thomas or chris kaman as of the leagues best centers.... Tim duncan? Boris Diaw? Chris Bosh? Jeramine O'neal? Ben Wallace? Brad Miller? Marcus Camby? i woudl take any of those guys above chris kaman or kurt thomas... probably even mehmet okur

No then you obviously missed my point I was saying I have the best trio on one team unless you can name a team in here with a better trio then Howard, Kaman, and Okur...

Maze you probably do have the best center "trio" in the league, but what does that really mean? I could of loaded up on depth at pg and say i have the best set of 5 pg's in the league, maybe because im the only team with 5 pgs or something. You start 2 centers. Ming and Bosh own Howard and Okur. And add one of Squeezy's utils and hell probably beat your little "trio". In my opinion Ming+Bosh have much more value than DH+Okur+Kaman anyway, and i wouldnt do a trade from squeezys point of view anyway. I would even be split on trading Big Ben+Dalembert for DH and Okur, so even though your centers are good, dont start going crazy over em.

i will take Pachulia over Kurt Thomas any day of the week also. You do realize Maze....or maybe you dont that Ming finally came into his own last year and the last couple of months he was putting up 27pt 12reb 2blk and not to mention Bosh is good for 22pt 10reb and 1+blk so much like every sane person has stated....they and myself would rather have Ming and Bosh any day of the week. Ming is missing 5 more days not the beginning of the season, he had his toenail removed and that is it. Okur is nothing more than a couple of Reb. better than a Nenad Krstic and Kaman cant consistently put up numbers....he will dominate for a couple weeks then blow up a week for you with garbage numbers.

Not to burst your bubble Maze, but Emeka Okafor 'bulked up' before last season so he could keep up with centers in the league in strength. He did, but it in turn screwed with his footwork, stamina, and speed, and the extra weight isa big cause of all his injuries. The injuries he had last year, if you notice, had NOTHING to do with the problems he's had in the past. Howard could potentially have similar problems; but if he is able to handle his weight, then he will be more of a post-presence and his numbers will go up, C-eligible or not.

oh and btw, even though I love Wade and I followed him religiously at Marquette, Lebron blows him away too. and it looks as if Felton might be the next beast at PG.....good thing I dont plan on trading him away for a prospect and a guy who puts up the same numbers as lowly Ricky Davis (Jefferson). yeah I went there....ricky Davis ;D

Yeah I keep forgetting that Bosh has center eligibility as well so you definitely have the best center depth With Yao being the best center overall...

Ming is missing 5 more days not the beginning of the season, he had his toenail removed and that is it. LOL thats funny I read on a Rockets fan site that they were all worried he would miss a ton of time this season and all that was wrong with him was he had an ingrown toenail...

I wanted Richardson and Felton, I knew that was unlikely but the more likely scenario was me getting Gwall and Felton but Gwall went way higher than I thought he would. Bibby was like choice 4 or 5 for me.

Okur is nothing more than a couple of Reb. better than a Nenad Krstic... Lets not forget that hes also 79 3PTM better then Krstic as well and Sloan has said that he wants to see even more 3pt attempts a game out of Okur this season so hopefully those #s will increase in the process this year...

This is similar to Don Nelson's wide open offense that includes Murphy right in the middle of it.Remember he coached Dirk/Murph worked on his 3-ball last off-season and has reportedly been working on it more this off-season because Nelson wants to see more outside shooting + improved ft% overall for the club.I love the props to my C. Krstic .Finally a little love for my guys ;D
