Pacer Pride Gets:-H. Whiteside Mia - C -Roadrunners 4th Round Draft Pick Roadrunners Gets:-B. Bass Bos - PF -Pacer Pride 3rd Round Draft Pick Pacer Pride view on deal : Whiteside has literally come out of nowhere over past couple weeks (11-12 block games, 16 & 20 rebound games!?) Someone find Hakeem the Dream and give him back his powers... And Whiteside his. Or not

1 round upgrade for a young possible keeper doesn't seem like enough. I will need to hear from roadrunners on this

1 round upgrade for a young possible keeper doesn't seem like enough especially when that 3rd rounder and 4th rounder have the potential of being back to back picks. I will need to hear from roadrunners on this You can wait, but simmer down in meantime. I'm not paying keeper value for 1-2 weeks of keeper numbers. All Whiteside is right now is POTENTIAL. His weak side defense is lacking and he's on a minutes cap due to conditioning etc. He also got Bass in this deal which you totally failed to mention. Bass will continue to start in Boston or be dealt. He's a player, not a drop at all.

Just want to hear his view is all

you need to rework this trade guys.. if you intend to deal the players involve, maybe change the picks. try going for a 2nd pick for your 6th that may work.
Also stats of whiteside speaks for itself and he is a lock for the the C spot in Miami unlike Bass, Celts try to change their rotation every once in awhile. Try to think that there are also many Cs in Celt but in Miami its only Whiteside and The Bird man is not performing well.

I think you need more than 1 allow to pass it. At least 2-3 allows minimum and that's if nobody gets on to vote.

It was 2 allows and 1 veto. To veto a trade you need a lot more vetoes than allows

Marky and Slim vetoed and You and Squeeze allowed...yeah that is BS that the trade got put through with even votes. There was one official Veto. You have to type allow or veto. It's not Gray area. Black or white. The trade was processed due to 48 hr window or whatever is set up on commishs end.

The voting rules are as follows. Trades have 48 hours to be voted on. After 48 hours a decision on the trade will be made based on the final votes. However, a decision can be made earlier based on the voting. For trades that involve a keeper or keepers from the beginning of the season, a trade decision is unofficially made (we say unofficial as there are exceptions) when the majority side has at least 5 votes and there is a 3+ vote difference (for example - 5 allows and 2 vetoes), or if there are 6+ votes for the majority side (for example - 6 vetoes and 4 allows). For trades that don't involve keepers from the beginning of the season, a trade decision is unofficially made when the majority side has at least 4 votes and there is a 3+ vote difference (for example - 4 allows and 1 veto), or, again, if there are 6+ votes for the majority side . If after 48 hours the vote is even or there is one more veto than allow, the Trade Committee (OC Lakers, Squeeze, and Pacer Pride) will decide the result of the trade privately (that applies in both types of trades, whether or not keepers are involved).

You actually have to type veto not say I don't like this trade cuz I'm chi town ballers and I think I'm the king of the league

Didn't strike me as funny cause, I think Whiteside is this years Draymond. I've seen better players go for less so whatever, if RRs wants to be a buffoon...that's his business.
As for the vetoes, none of you dudes frickin vetoed?! I was on the fence but it became apparent that none of you would man up and actually veto....instead talk a circle around the deal. It wasn't bad enough for me to scrub it completely so I allowed.
Moral of the story....should probably vote.

@ squeeze, i actually vetoed it.. not that its gonna affect my standing this year, i was just trying to look after the rest of the league.. the deal has been processed, lets all move on..
if I may add, can we request that the trade reason be stated by both managers as well? a simple "confirm' should not be enough as that does not explain anything..
BTW: i still have DJ Augustin and Gobert on my trade block.. ^^

Good point above by Markydarky. Mention it to commish at this year's draft.
